Ihya Academy was established with the aim of bringing the community together through comprehensive Islamic education. From day one, our goal has been to nurture spiritual growth and deepen understanding of Islam for learners of all ages.
Grounded in the values of inclusivity, respect, and intellectual curiosity, Ihya Academy began as a welcoming space where students could explore their faith and strengthen their connection to it.
Our journey began with the launch of the Children’s Madrassa, offering Qur’an Studies, Islamic Studies, Tajweed, and guidance in Salah and Duas. These programmes laid the foundation for nurturing confident, spiritually connected young Muslims.
As interest and engagement grew, we introduced the Saturday Kids Club (SKC) to provide an outlet for creativity, fun, and cultural learning through Nasheed, Duff, Arabic classes, and engaging weekly activities.
From those early programmes, Ihya Academy expanded to include the Youth Scholarship Programme, designed to support teenagers with deep Islamic knowledge, ethics, and leadership skills. We later launched the AIS Adult Course, allowing adults to study Arabic, Fiqh, Hadith, and receive ijazat in classical texts.
These steps marked the beginning of our mission to revive traditional Islamic learning in a way that serves the needs of today’s community—education that informs the heart, mind, and soul.
